  • Have work authorisation in the UK
  • Analytical thinker with an excellent academic background
  • Problem-solver and creative individual, with a flexible outlook and an openness to learn
  • Willing to ‘roll up your sleeves’ and help shape a fast-growing, international firm
  • Ambitious with a high drive to learn and succeed in delivering exceptional work to clients
  • Good-humoured and eager to work in teams with individuals from different cultures and backgrounds
  • Languages in addition to native/fluent English would be a plus (especially European ones)
  • IT literate with Excel, knowledge of macros or programming languages a plus
  • For Manager and above – Experience leading, training and motivating junior team members and managing projects from proposal through to completion
